IMPORTANT: For program locations listed as McE, they will be held at The McEwan Avenue Centre AFTER May 3, 2004. Until April 23, programs will be held at the Goyeau Street Centre.

Please Note: Membership covers all programs unless an additional fee has been specified. Membership or a Day Pass is required to participate in all programs unless otherwise noted.

  • FITNESS: ELDEROBICS
    Monday and Wednesday
    11 am-12 pm

    A low-impact aerobic workout geared towards all aspects of fitness. Designed to promote and maintain a productive and healthy lifestyle by increasing energy, mobility and social activity.

  • FITNESS: STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
    Wednesday
    9:00 - 10:00 am
    Friday
    1:00 - 2:00pm
    ESC
    A gentle exercise program designed to improve muscular fitness (strength and endurance), cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility. It consists of warm up exercises, sitting exercises and walking, all done to music in a non-intimidating setting.
