Until April 23, programs will be held at the Goyeau Street Centre.
Please Note: Membership covers all programs unless an additional fee has been specified.

- FITNESS: ELDEROBICS
Monday and Wednesday
11 am-12 pm
A low-impact aerobic workout geared towards all aspects of fitness. Designed to promote and maintain a productive and healthy lifestyle by increasing energy, mobility and social activity.
- FITNESS: STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
9:00 - 10:00 am
1:00 - 2:00pm
A gentle exercise program designed to improve muscular fitness (strength and endurance), cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility. It consists of warm up exercises, sitting exercises and walking, all done to music in a non-intimidating setting.
